  • The Cara Program partners with companies to provide qualified and motivated job applicants for entry-level positions, free of charge. The program pre-screens all of its job candidates and continues to offer support throughout their first year on the job to ensure they are meeting employer expectations.
  • Harborquest is a non-profit organization that recruits, screens and places employees in permanent and temporary positions. As a benefit for employers, Harborquest handles payroll and worker's unemployment compensation.
  • Heartland Alliance's Transitional Jobs Program places residents or former residents of public housing in temporary employment positions. Additionally, the program pays all trainee wages, payroll taxes, and ensures worker’s compensation coverage for all trainees during the period of subsidized employment, up to four months.
